qigong is an ancient chinese practice rooted in chinese medicine that helps clear, balance, and cultivate energy through gentle movement, breath, sound, and visualization; think of qigong as comprising highly specialized forms of active meditation— and a little bit like tai chi.
this workshop will focus on practices that transmute anger;
a short opening talk will introduce the concept of energy work and qigong. this will be followed by interactive instruction of qigong practices supportive to the liver and the feeling of anger.
